1.How to fill it with warm water at around 50 ° C and it will still spray when opened?
The cup lid with a two-stage switch itself has an exhaust function, not a two-stage switch cup lid. You can first press the top of the lid with your index finger, press the switch with your thumb, and exhaust the gas first before fully opening the cup lid to achieve the effect of exhaust and spray prevention!

2.Why is the insulation effect of the cup not as good as that of adults?
The lid of the children's insulated cup adopts an open design, equipped with a straw and handle function to dissipate some temperature. Do not compare the insulation time with adult insulated cups. The insulation effect is also related to the amount of water filled in the cup. The less water the cup contains, the faster the heat dissipation.

3.How to clean children's cups?
Please use warm water and food cleaning agent for cleaning, and use a soft cloth instead of iron wire balls for scrubbing; Cup brushes and soft bristled brushes are also acceptable, but do not soak them in various disinfectants. Due to differences in water quality across the country, scale may form after prolonged use. Please soak in warm water and a little vinegar for 30 minutes before cleaning

4.Can children's cups hold anything?
Please only fill with water!
Beverages such as milk and juice are prone to spoilage unless refrigerated. If children at home insist on drinking, please try to buy and drink immediately. For children who use insulated cups to fill carbonated drinks, please grow Dim sum. Everyone knows the corrosiveness and sugar content of acid-base drinks. If it is really good for children, please develop the habit of drinking plenty of plain water.

5.Is it normal to have an odor inside the cup when the lid is opened?
The inner liner of this cup is made of food grade 316, and the suction nozzle and straw are made of food grade silicone, both of which are healthy and safe materials. The product itself has no odor. Due to the sealed packaging of the product upon leaving the factory, there may be slight odors generated by poor air circulation during storage or transportation in the warehouse. It is recommended to clean the product after receiving it before use.

6.How can the cup leak water?
The reason for the leakage of the cup is not only due to logistics or accidental falls or knocks by children, but also caused by human factors. Generally, it is: 1. If the lid and handle are not tightly clamped and there are gaps, and if there is a bayonet on the cup mouth, align it first and then tighten it to avoid water leakage; 2. After opening the lid, the cup tilts or tilts upside down, and water leaks out from the suction nozzle and air hole. This situation is normal. In order to ensure the balance of internal and external pressure of the cup and make it easier to suck water, baby straw style insulated cups are designed with exhaust holes to avoid drinking water while lying down as much as possible!

7. Can the cup be sterilized at high temperature? Why can't the cup lid be opened after boiling water?
The suction nozzle and straw can be boiled in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes. The cup lid and bottle body can be disinfected by blanching at 80 ° C for 4-5 seconds to kill most bacteria. Do not boil or steam the cup lid and bottle body to avoid deformation of the lid parts, which may cause the switch to fail and the bottle body to peel off, affecting use.
